The term D-VI or D SIX has two primary interpretations. The primary interpetation revolves around six different concepts:

  1. Desire - Emphasis on what we truly want or long for
  2. Decision - The act of committing to attain said desires
  3. Develop - The plan that will be used to attain said desires
  4. Dedicated - The drive to committ to the decision and development plan in place
  5. Discipline - The concentration and will to remain dedicated and focused
  6. Detach - Seperate from your former self and release from all doubt

The secondary interpretation of D-VI is Six D's for Six Days; six days of working out and progressively developing your body every week with one day of rest.
